The thing is that I am not selling. as I said I put the info out to three civic organizations and to news papers. I even put it out on the lifesaving resource discussion forum. I still don't get why an innovative design for life saving does not make people take note. Right now I am still waiting for the responce I got from the YMCA in Tampa Fl.
Model U of rescue 8 is part of my sig. Numb cuffs will be the next part . Numb cuffs grip the wrists of a victem that can not hold on due to frigid water.

I would contact the DOD. I would also contact the Department of the Navy ( Eli can get you a contact

). Next contact a few at sea Navel units. If it is good product they will start screaming up the line for it. This happened with the Bore Snake ( flexable rope type rifle bore cleaner.) This also happened with Crimson Trace Lasers. The troops got them, screamed for more, the rest is history.
GREAT ideas that got craped on? There was a guy in the 60's that developed the third type brake light, with a twist. It was a stop light BUT also the speed of the light would tell the car behind it, but only the car behind it, how fast you were applying the brakes. It was a FANTASTIC idea. Only problem is the guy with the patent ( don't remember his name right now ) was a big tme anti-war activist. He took every chance that he had to showcase his product to preach his beliefs. Big business walked away from him.
Moral? Keep your mouth shut, eyes open, push the product, and keep pushing it, to the big sellers.
