When a freemason is being initiated into the third degree he is struck on the forhead in the dark, falling back either into a coffin or onto a coffin shape design. His fellow masons lift him up and when he opens his eyes he is confronted with a human skull and crossed bones. Under this death threat how can any freemason of third degree or higher be trusted, particularly in public office? He is hoodwinked literally and metaphorically, placing himself in a cult and under a curse.

Grand Orient Freemasonry is wholly separate from 'Anglo-Saxon' Freemasonry, as exemplified by the grand lodges of England, Ireland, Scotland and the USA. Traditionally they have been at war. Anglo-Saxon Freemasonry believes in the 'Great Architect of the Universe' - GAOTU - and its rituals are ostensibly monotheistic - whereas Grand Orient Freemasonry is godless.

I think Deism is a belief in God or a God, but also the rejection that God Intervenes in man's life.

Or a belief that God created it all, and lets things flow naturally. There are 3 Schools of Deist thought.

Those that reject the Bible as a man made fluke.
Those that regard the Bible as a user manual of morality and daily living.
Those that are what I call, "Hopeful Agnostics".

Thats pretty much all I know or care to know, for that matter.
