I've read of this some time ago.. somewhere, and I really see no Conspiracy.. Think of who would be in line of ANY Community to disperse Information accurately and help PEOPLE Save themselves?

FEMA has far too much authority given to them. They have provisions to rule America in a socialist dictatorship type setting should we be faced with an emergency. No Governmental agency should have the authority to tell it's citizens they have to do anything against there will. Work camps, the draft or anything.
