I saw a movie a while back....(NOT A HOLLYWOOD ONE)

it was a foriegn film festival thing.......and I can't remember the title of it.....


BUT ANYHOW.......it took place in war time Italy under NAZI OCCUPATION......and the main character was a beutiful woman who's husband ( a soldier) died right off the bat.

NOW.....that didn't make this lady very happy.........and it got worse for her.

Because she was viewed now as an available woman.....by all the towns women who BELIEVED that their cheating husbands would now try to hit on this woman..........THEY STARTED GOSSIPING BEHIND HER BACK...........and believed/PRE JUDGED, all kinds of untruths about this woman........and indeed because they believed their husbands would hit on her........THEY ALL DID.......but she turned them all down......(STAYED INNOCENT)

but that didn't help her......soon the backstabbing and jealousy got so out of control.........these backstabbing cunts got this woman arrested for being suspected of being a JEW......and her life was destroyed.

all because she was pretty.......and other people made false judgements about her.

GEE.........wasn't that the very same thing that happened to JESUS CHRIST.

WHAT YOU BELIEVE ABOUT OTHERS........HAS AN EFFECT......you stupid shits.

THATS WHY JESUS TOLD YOU.....DON'T JUDGE.

NOW we have to get our hands on the brainwashers who TELL us who and HOW to BELIEVE/JUDGE

This exact question is why I consciously choose not to believe in matters of religion. I think beliefs are way for the close minded to confirm what they want to believe. I believe in idea's, because Idea's can be changed but when you believe you shut your brain down from all outside influences which help you grow as a person. It distorts your view on reality and ultimately holds a person back from his full potential. The fact that a belief can have you reject a fact, is the very reason why I choose not to believe.

I have never shut out religion. I study the bible, the Torah, and even Buddhist writings, and I see the true beauty in all these religions, but the fact of the matter is I don't believe them, and I can't believe them. I have tried many times but religion ultimately is not for me. However, my soul is perfectly fine, I assure you, thanks for the concern.

I would say that belief is not the same as truth. For example, people used to think that the world was flat. It was accepted as truth but that acceptance did not make the world flat. Another example: you could be in a room that has a blue light bulb in it that makes a rug appear blue. If you were not aware of the special light bulb you may believe the rug to be blue even though it was green. Belief does not necessitate truth.
