Just as I thought, John Hagee was saying he would vote for Rudy if the opponent was Clinton. Tucker asked why. Haggie said Rudy supports Israel. tucker said I think Hillary does too. You could see Haggie shudder and he said well I have never heard her support Israel.

Hypocrites all of them.

But Hillary is a real problem , if she gets the nomination she will do one thing. Bring the hypocrites out in mass to vote against her.

Actually you have the order of this quite wrong.

Bush/Rove and the administration turned thier back on the Evangelicals, when meetings even first happened after the 2000 election the Evangelicals were basically held at arms length buy a great deal of the Rove people.

I heard John Hagee mentioned. He is one of the whackos: a word of faith, prosperity preacher. Bad theology. OOOh, shudder!!

The Christian Fundementalists vote for only a few things. It is pretty standard for there narrow mind.

Abortion/Stem Cell Research
Anti-Gay/ Anti-Constitutional leanings on the role of Government in Marriage
Anything that gives Israel a helping hand
Killing Muslims in foreign invasions


Pretty much sums it up, but...


They want obligatory prayer in school.
They want to reintroduce un-constitutional and outright orwellian Sodomy laws.
To single handedly dismantle anything that opposes Christian ideals and morals with any force neccesary.

The Christian fundamentalists are a danger to the country and the world. Just look at the spokesmen they support. They get behind Rush, Bill and the likes of Ann Coulter. All the while insisting they are Christians and God is on their side.

Well I am a follower of Christ and I can say without a doubt these people are as dangerous as any muslim fanatic ever thought about being. If they had there way the entire world would live as they decree no exceptions. and they do believe in capital punishment .

For shame Peach--how can you say your a follower of Christ and still compare Christian fundamentalists to Muslim extremists. Correct me if Im mistaken--but I havent seen any Christians beheading innocent people--I havent seen Christians cutting off faces with piano wire--and by no mean have I seen Christians calling for the extinction and murder of millions of people.
