Default Why under Republican Evangelism is there more hate?

Is there more desire for war? Is there more anti-American talk if you don't believe as they do? Is there more division in this nation?

Why under Republican Evangelism is our nation being destroyed by discarding the constitution? Why is there such hatred for our constitutional government? Why are people more ignorant and intolerant under the Republicans Evangelism?

Cookie, let me try and explain it in a mature way. First off Conservative Christians don't as a norm beleive that anything goes. We have our beliefs that stem from the Bible with rules of behavor and not like the summer of love in the 60's.

Default Rob what does this post have to do with anything?

Rob

come on now brother , what does this post have to do with anything?

Summer of love in the 60"s ? Okay you don't want people to have premarital sex. But you'd rather blow up children 1/2 way around the world?

Havn't you ever heard hate the sin but love the sinner?

Sure you have and its a old adage that the Republican party completely ignores.

Truthfully I suspect much worse , I suspect biblical truth is unfolding right in front of us in the guise of the Republican party and they are not working for the man in the white hat, they are working for the guy in the black hat that controls this world ...... for the time being. he won't control it forever.

I was just trying to equate the free for all behavior that most liberals think is accepting and not a life with faith that the Conservative Christian has to hold on to. Yes I have heard the old adage of hate the sin but love the sinner. That is what we are supposed to do in this life but sometimes you have to take a stand.

Default No where did Christ teach we are to kill those who we think are sinners

What stand rob? I would like to hear more about the stand you think you are taking. But first let me just clue you in to the fact that.

Nowhere did Christ say we are to take it upon ourselves to kill sinners or even punish them . Christ said God will repay and judge we are not to do that .

But tell me about your stand.

Seems to me, a lot of conservative Christian Republicans think anything goes too, ask Republican Sen. David Vitter or ex Republican Sen. Larry Craig.

My stand is that commanded us to love and honor him but nowhere in the OT or NT does it say anything about Allah. Does this make Islam right or wrong? I will leave that to the theologians to decide. Jesus did say to love others but he didn't say to become others.

Yes, our nation is being torned apart by the Republican Evangelism hatemongers. They are the blind leading the blind and both shall fall into the ditch. The leadership is in essence 'cowards.' They walk in a anti-Christ spirit of deceit.

Ever since the Christian Right saw Jim Bakker of the late PTL club in chains they with a passion clung to the Republicans and swore allegiance to them as they were terrified of the same fate. That's the truth and that's why they have proclaimed 'Republicans the party of Jesus Christ.' Their madness knows no bounds.

The Bible says, 'there would come a day when those who killed you would think they are doing God a service' this is that day and the wretched Christian right or Republic Evangelist are they who have hurt God's poor and middle class.

It's funny but that the so-called prophetic teachers all proclaim that 'Iraq is old Babylon' and that it will be the headquarters of the anti-christ. Yet, it's funny none other than George Bush seeking to build up that region. He illegally sent our beloved soldiers in that region for oil wells. The Republican party went about to strip the middle class bare. Thank God the people had since enough to stop listening to those rich evangelical lies and vote for their own well-being which the Republicans were threatening to bring an end to.

It's amazing that the hypocritical Christian right overlooks all these evils and then some committed by Bush only to rail against the 'liberals.' In the meantime, Bush is selling the country out to the Saudis and they have become the new rule in America, yet, somehow the Christian right blinds themselves and their masses to this evil and rails at the liberals who put a stop to it when the Democrats came to power.

Minimum wage was increased, the union and women's rights was no longer under fierce attack by the so-called 'godly' republicans. The poor and middle class should realize that if nothing else, that's a plus to keep the Democrats in power.

At any rate, it is a great sin to be cowardly and promote the racism, sexism and greed of the Republicans as that which is the will of Jesus Christ as nothing could be further from the truth.
