Now you are being a little agnostic there Truth and that was an issue between AreYouForReal and I. We had come to a head and I foolishly attacked him when I had no right. It was not as gentle as you have been and he is simply carrying that thought through to here. Take note of your behaviour and please keep it in check.

Obviously people interpret the Bible a bit differently, which is seen in all the denominations of christianity. Curious truth, what denomination are you affiliated with?

I've been to a Pentacostal church before and the preachers wife started jumping around, spasing out and it really freaked me out and I never went back. I thought it was quite comical actually. I don't think relegion is really like that. Oh, only on Sundays from 11-12 does G-d touch me, actually I think G-d may laugh at that too. I don't think it is such an emotional endeavor, however I don't know of your church Truth, I am only speaking of my own experience, they may not all be like that.

There is a document produced in 1646 and adopted by the Presbytarian Church in England and accepted by all Protestant Churches the world over as an authorititive document. It covers all the main doctrines of the True (Ecclesia) Church. These are the doctrines that unite the Church of Christ and there is very little disagreement. Doctrines like the Trinity. All the Protestant Churches do not question the Trinity.....it is only people who manage to join the church under false pretences and then start from within to desent. Like our friend David who puports to be a Presbytarian and a Christian but dosent believe in the Trinity. There are what we call secondary doctrines where even in the days of Jesus himself there were differences of oppinion and these are not fundamental to salvation...do you understand.
The scripture says in 2nd Peter chapter 1 verse 20 "no prophercy of the scripture is of any private interpretation"

The Church over the past 20 years has like everything else in this sad world changed beyond all recognition. Biblical standards and practices have been abandoned in exchange for New Age ideas and methods. There are, however a number of real Bible based churches that have refused to go down that path, so I would say that not all Pentecostal churches nowadays are following the correct way. It dosent suprise me in the least what you have described went on....demonstration of the flesh in this way is not spiritual or Christian for that matter, its just flesh and self....and its infultration of the true Church by people often who have not experienced real salvation....or if they have they are living in the soulical realm and not the spiritual.

The Absolute Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ No12
Hear the Word of God....
"No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son , which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him" (literally made him known or led him forth into full revelation)
John chapter 1 verse 18

I believe very much the opposite. The Devil is a real personality...Jesus said in Luke chapter 10 verse 18 "I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven".
He is the god of this world...."But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them that believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, (note)should shine unto them."
2nd Corinthians chapter 4 verses 3-4
