Imus is a jerk...nothing new. Sharpton is a media whore...nothing new. Nobody is forced to listen to either of them. The only problem I have with the situation is the people calling for Imus to be fired. If his show didn't get good ratings, he would be fired. So the solution is simple: Don't listen to his show....and he will be fired. I cannot stomach Howard Stern so I don't listen to him and he and Imus have much in common. We the People have access to a wonderful invention called a "selection button" and another one called the "on/off button."
