modern day justice system snares racist killers from civil rights era
Reputed KKK member James Ford Seale arrested for the murder of (2) young black men in 1964. The second case invovles (8) members of a militant wing of the black panthers whom stormed a police station and murdered a cop, and injured a clerk in 1971. The arrests
are due to advancments in fingerprint identifying technology, and a canadian documentry filmaker who stumbled across a suspect long thought dead. I applaud these arrests as a victory for victims justice and support a system that allows for a revisit of crimes long thought cold. People have voiced the opinion that the arrest of the (BLA) members is payback for earlier allegations of torture for confession that set members of the black panthers free. Regardless of your ploitical view murderers don't deserve
freedom. The victims have been in caskets for more than 40 years while these men lived out there lives.
