You make it seem like Condi is some poor, disadvantaged black woman. Condi is a rich and powerful ego-maniac, who has no quams with sending Americans off to die. Yes, it has everything to do with Bush, if not for Bush, Condi would not be Secy. of State.

points well made...you can be sure she did not take a cut in pay after being the president/chancelor of Stanford...she dates guys like Gene Washington who is pulling down a very nice salary with the NFL and one of their top administrators. Condi ain't exactly hanging out in the poor parts of Oakland of Washington DC and having to get meals at the soup kitchen with boyfriend Gene (one of my favorite FB players) in tow. There is really no point to make here.
Only critisizm I have is Gene Washington's taste in women...
Condi has done quite alright for herself, when you are in a position of responsiblity like that then people will take shots and I think you are reading too much into this.
Hmmm...I think Madeline Albright took some real heat for some things too...

Cat I know that your right about that, I even called her an old battle axe, so I guess if you are in the job, expect some hits, but not like Boxers statement.

Can I use the race card?? You know, the one that liberals seem to have no problem using??
Oh wait, Ms Rice isn't a democrat, and she isn't under the liberal plantation, so she is the enemy.

Lets call it for what it was, Boxer was unprofessional, and if she here was my representative, I would be ashamed. Look past the rhetoric, and you can see there was an agenda.

The title of this thread, “Rich White Woman Lynches Black Woman”, Is, first, playing the race card in the worst way. Senator Boxer’s comments toward Secy. Rice, has nothing to do with race. And secondly, playing the victim card ala Cindy Sheehan, which so many on the Right have vehemently condemned HER for.
I notice no one went after Charles Rangel when he uses the same argument as justification for re instating the draft. BTW he's black.
I also find it peculiar that World Net Daily only drags out their token black Op-Ed contributor when they are playing the race card.
If WND and, in this case as an unwitting pawn Gix, set out to further divide this forum along political and racial lines, which WND is notorious for trying to do to the country, they have succeeded.
Fortunately for Middle America, and America as a whole, few, but the Extreme Right read this rightwing racist Internet rag,
I don’t blame Gix so much; he’s a young, very impressionable, misguided “Bush” leaguer trying hard to get to the big leagues.
