Let's not forget that jazz back in the 30's and 40's was considered pretty radical as well!

predates that...1920s...
Bessie Smith's 'Empty Bed Blues' talks about a mans 'jelly roll in my warm hole'
Hmmm...considered a classic now.

No one knows what you're talking about, but never mind. Close your eyes and imagine how my parents felt about my music. I'm just real interested, dipwad.

Exactly! Now if you apply that to a capitalistic society. It really doesn't matter how racy the stuff is, it's more so how well will this product sell. If people buy cigarettes knowing it kills them, I'd have to assume people know the music is explicit and offensive to some. Yet we still sell it.

Ironically, you seem to be the only person in here that doesn't understand what I mean. Name calling now? ...By all means if it makes you feel better.

Name calling? Talk to A Crowley, sport, whatever your convoluted name is.
He's the one shadowing me. Thanks for the tip, Mr Congeniality.
The Philadelphia Dictionary of the English Language defines fucktard as:
a total retard from conception who doesn't stand a chance in life if not for the advent of discussion forums.
Crowley wears it like a crown.

Yes, but the similarities end there, rap is a far cry from jazz. Jazz moved music in a forward direction, rap just rots the brain.

This is nearly intelligible.
"We" still sell it? You and Jan are obviously smoking the same bong.
