I would never say that the goverment hasn't experiemented on its citizens. I think Petey could talk more about that. As we evolve as citizens our goverment will suggest things to try but it is our job to say that isn't right.

What the fuck does the Tuskegee EXPERIMENT have to do with the Tuskegee AIRMEN? ...... does our own "village idiot" A.Crawley think they are the same?
