Within the black community calling one a "nigger" is as generic as calling them by their first name. The BLACK community gets as much respect as they command. As with all communities. That is the difference, they've used it as a form of a means to and ends. That of capitalizng on victomology, creating sympathy as to make the word a commodity to market their music, culture and so on for $$$$$$$$$$$. They haven't evolved proporationaly as a race because so many of them like being victims.
