Frankly, I have no worries about terrorism in this country. And I have no need of government protection at the cost of my rights and liberties. That price is too high. I and my neighbors can protect ourselves just fine.

If I told you that if you were to give up a dew rights, the ones we never seem to use anyway, that our gevernment could guarentee that you would never have to worry about war or terrorism again from any foreign power or group?

Would you take that deal?

If you speak of real protection.....perhaps some internment camps...for all people of mid eastern...heritage.....just as was done in ww2.....I would have no problem whatsoever with type of ultimate profiling.........would be one sure way to solve this countries problems....fair? no.....but neither is killing several thousand men women and children......but again....a sure fire way of forcing the issue and exposing some that espouse the freedoms of the US and merely are wolves in the clothing of sheep......this ultimately is what will happen...if the US is attached by any form of WMDs.....you might as well get used to the idea....cause war is not fair...nor pretty....if one fights to win.....and if this action is what is required...so be it. I have a question for all you arm chair generals. Just what would you do to win the war in Iraq? Not just declare we won and surrender, not "Peace with Honor" but to really win the war. It is your goal for us to win is it not? I cannot imagine any American not wanting his country to win the war.

Any thing less than a plan to win is nothing more than an acknowledgement that you think little of the country, its military and its people.

This is a good point and a good question....that I myself have been asking for almost 5 years....and as of yet..there have been no plans.....just bitching and complaining about how we have been interrupted of our selfish daily routines of self interest....They do not even consider the possibility that this is indeed a global war of ideologies....to them it is just an inconvenience of happenstance...that of course was brought upon ourself....due to constant meddling into the affairs of others......never mind they espouse human rights and basic freedoms at every election.....the very actions or lack thereof....very much proves their lack of human interest...other than their own selfish needs.....to exploit the very freedoms they now refuse to defend.
