How am I supposed to know that Bush even said this?

The word 'claimed' makes this little snippet sound like an editorial in Pravda.

This is hilarious... When I first joined this forum, there was this guy named jimmyjude that pulled the exact some thing fen is doing. on the exact same subject, in the exact same way. Let me see if I can find the link. it's spooky how similar this argument is.
