Actually in my estimation that is probably a big plus instead of the building becoming a big broken down mess. I saw the Lakers several times at the Forum while growing up there. The Mid-South Coliseum (here) is about to become a big mess if they don't do something about it now that the Fed Ex Forum has replaced everything.
