Aqua Teen Hunger Bomb

a couple of kids in boston went around their city attaching advertisements to buildings for the adult swim cartoon "aqua teen hunger force".

the advertisments was like a glowing image of sorts. with batteries and small lightbulbs. they were of the characters Err and Ignignokt as far as ive seen.

but the funny part is people assumed they were bombs! they called the bomb squads in and shut down a major highway. and those 2 kids are going through court of course and the whole nine yards...

this says alot about our new "safer" america. hahahahhaaa.

i love it. i absolutly love it. im a fan of the show too. here's an image

I too am a fan of the show, but that is what has come of the world. The negative is always the looked at first, for fear another tragedy will occur. But if I were a terrorist, I don't think I would illuminate the bombs I was trying to hide. Overall, it is shame it come to this.

It is this whole terror hype world we live in that gave rise to the idea of using the potential I.E.D's for advertising. Why not just print ads or television saturation?? The message has gotten out there. Aqua Teen has been on for at least 3 years, and I have watched. This is the first time I have heard anything about it outside Cartoon Network. So now Cartoons are taking a page from the Administration and cashing in on terror hype.
