Living In Wonderland
Wouldn't it be nice if we all lived in the same protected wonderland that Joe Wilson and his not to intelligent CIA wife live in? He outs his CIA wife, then months later when it hits the press he blames the President and his administration.
Now after years of demanding that "justice be done" he says he doesn't want to testify in the trial.
One has to wonder exactly what it is that he's afraid of saying under oath. You know, it's one thing to make all sorts of accusations and denials to the press, but under oath is a different story. If he goes into court and it's proved that he's giving false testimony it could get pretty messy for good old Joe. So perhaps he's "justifiably scared" to death.

You mean after there's no threat of him being brought up on felony perjury charges? Well, this is one of those situations where if he doesn't speak now, he better plan on holding his peace for the rest of his natural life. Because if he refuses to say it here, it's going to be much easier to convince a civil court that it was a lie. Been there, done that..

Actually Kix, Libby is on trial for lying to the Grand Jury, Wilson's testimony has no relevance I would think.

Well, his testimony must have some relivence because he's been given a subpoena and they generally don't just hand those out to anyone.

True, but it doesn't mean he will be called to testify. Maybe they are trying to cover all the bases...don't know.
It will be interesting though.

Yeah but even if it goes, I'll probably miss it since I'm still trying to recover from all the fat lady photos.
