I was listening to C-SPAN last night when a caller said that no registered Republican is ever challenged before voting in this election. Does anyone know anything about that? Do only Dems get challenged, and in the last election too?

I don't know about challeneged.

How about sold a bill of goods because their constituents are ripe for the picking.

I didn't mean that I believed it. Merely asked a group, whom I consider to be more aware of what is going on in US if they had heard anything about that. The group I refer to are the participants of these debates on arguewitheveryone.
