I can't help to wonder if these guys....the three Senators....aren't onto something. So far the Iraqis have been sharing their revenues. But, who is to say that they would continue doing so (without a legally binding agreement) after revenues drastically increase....afterall, money tends to make people greedy. And there is a lot corruption in the Iraqi government.
