Yet, Joe Biden makes no sense in doing this, because he agreed with George W. Bush on just about all of his Iraq policies, and has staunchly advocated for every measure George W. Bush wanted for the military in Iraq, and military strategy. Biden needs to stop straddling the damn fence, and just admit he really wants to be president-not Vice president. And, Barack Obama needs to wake the fuck up, and realize that Biden really doesn't have his best interests in mind.

If you believe that the US still has separation of powers as provided by the US Constitution, with impartial judges and juries of peers deciding guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, then if you think Bush and Cheney are innocent, then they will not be convicted.

If on the other hand, you think that the Republican Congress granted such powers to the president so that he can be judge, jury, and executioner, then what does that say about the Republicans and their respect for the US Constitution.

And remember, Republican presidents have appointed 7 of the 9 Supreme Court Justices, so the decks should be stacked against a Democratic administration.

McCain should promise to see that charges of treason are leveled at this crowd of unfeeling, greedy, warmongers like Bush, Cheney, Wolfowitz, Perle, and the other neo cons who have caused so much pain and sorrow.

Biden will suck up to anything in power.....if he had lived in Hitler-Germany he would have been cheering on the final solution. He cannot be trusted. The democrats have soiled their nest again with his likes. They should have picked Hillary and watched her sling them against the wall.

This is the only reason I would possibly vote for Obama. Of course, it doesn't matter who wins in November, there will be people going after members of this administration.

To announce it now is goofy, but then Plugs has a firm grip on this. But it speaks to the can't win on the issues, but divide and conquer tactics of the left. There is no there, there in such a process. If there were truth, and grounds to Impeach and remove the President, then we would be talking about President Pelosi.

And the schizophrenia, of this thinking is so easy to see. But the Bush hatred over rides any common sense. Ask yourselves this, why does Kucinich have credibility on this front, and didn't get 3 percent of the vote in the primaries? Why is he not the nominee?

At the very least, think of the mishandling of the Viet Nam War, and LBJ goes back to Austin and retires. By contrast if Bush is a war criminal, the LBJ is Hitler II.

All the libs are going to do is have Bush on the dockets for years, paying out legal fees, as they play partisan gamesmanship. Ttoally disgusting and shame on you libs for falling for such nonsense. But I get it, it plays to your emotionally driven hatred, and facts, to counter this, just get in your way. But to me you look like dumbasses, lacking any ability to think on your own.
