Now as far as Barney Frank, SHALLOWSEES did not give a date when this took place. My guess the B. Frank incident happened when the DEMs were not the Majority in Congress so the story never got off the ground. The GOP are in the MAJORITY and the "FOLEY" incident had legs!

Also, had the Frank incident happened in the early 90's, perhaps this is one of the reasons why the Rethuglicans or Republican'ts took over Congress in 1994 b/c the voters were appalled by the Barney Frank incident. Who the Hell Knows at this point. The Republican Party is in the SPOTLIGHT that for sure b/c of the Folley IM's.
