Why did Barney or Gerry Studds not resign or forced to resign? What they did was just, if not more, as bad as what Foley did.
Seems to be something many Reps do on this forum, AYFR. Don't be a hypocrite.

If the laws only appolied to Republicans, why are there so many of them still running around lose? But more to the point---I have always known about Barbey Frank, but where did all these homosexual Republicans come from? Have they been holding out on us---and apparently this has been known by the Speaker's office. Barney Frank is still in office because he is probably the smartest guy in the Congress and the people of his district agree.

The Barney Franks incident occurred in 1987. Just like with Clinton, the Reps dredge up things from the past in an effort to justify and deflect from the actions of their own party members.
They seem to forget: Nixon (R) resigned from office in disgrace, and had he not he would have been impeached. His Vice President Spiro Agnew was forced from office for tax evasion.
Rather than face the facts of their own party’s fallacies, and not being able to defend them, they resort to these tactics. Tattle Tales.

"ALL these homosexual Republicans?" I am aware of one! What information do you have?

No Grey we are aware of our parties mistakes and bad people. It is just that Republicans resign or are forced to resign by their party while Democrats promote and applaud theirs that do similar things.
