Once again Texas is trying to create something out of nothing.

Please note it does not say these children are living with or are in anyway being abused by anyone. It simply states the mothers will not sign any agreement with Texas Child Welfare.

I also find it strange this would come up again now, when Mitt Rommey is being considered for a Vice Presidential slot.
