Very credible witnesses are all that is needed.

Individuals cannot file criminal charges, they must be brought by the (federal) state. Our state is still mostly controlled by Bush and the Lemmings that support him.


Everything that Bush did/does, stains McBush too.

Hearsay is stuff you heard from another person, but did not personally witness.

First hand witnesses are valid evidence. Plus they mentioned a written document, but didn't say where it is today. Often, people keep those things to cover their ass later.

...and if they did, let's do it....but until somebody can prove something, nothing matters...and I am not a Bush supporter.
