I can't believe why the army gave Halliburton a full reambursment for work that was proven fake. The only reason that occurs to me is that Vice President Dick Chaney was chief executive of Halliburton before he became Vice President. He probably has shares in this company. And all the money they are giving to Halliburton is our tax money! I am that we are giving tax money to people who didn't even do the work that they said they did.

There hasn't been any proof that Halliburton did fake work. This is just baseless allegations from liberal web sites. Halliburton got the contracts because they're one of the top 2 or 3 companies for many kinds of reconstruction work we're doing in Iraq, especially related to oil. They got them through a public bidding process.

the fact is that Cheney is a huge shareholder in halliburton, Cheney is just helping out his buddies so that he can also get money. the quarter of a millon dollars that was prooved fake by the auditors is just more money that we have to pay. these are all Cheneys buddies.... and i think that this is the only reason halliburton did this, is becuase they know that Cheney will let them get away with it...
