Default Fact: Smaller Government Spending....

will lead to lower standard of living for Americans. It's simply undeniable.

Not true, politicians like Cheney that have made over $55 million in profits off military Industrial Complex will benefit, but those with government jobs will be unemployed, those on medicare will be dead and/or suffering and those that depend on the buying power of those with government jobs will lose business.

But at least the wealthy will be able to invest more in China!

Political Correctness defined :
A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical liberal minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

The absolute dumbest thing I have heard on this board, simply undeniable. You really don't expect anyone to believe this, do you?

BTW, everyone on this board needs to read Dick Morriss' new book, "Fleeced". Got it this weekend, through half of it.

And lefties, feel safe, he bashes both the Rep and the Dems equally.

1. The Dems are getting rich off their corporations, just like Cheney does off his. How do you think the Kennedy's made their fortune? You need to read the Morris' book.

2. So what if government employees are unemployed. They don't care if my company goes out of business tomorrow. Why are they guranteed a job? Can't they take their resume, and put it to use in the private sector, or is that too risky? Plus, the money that would be freed up, from lower taxes, in the private sector, would create an incredible amount of new jobs.

I guess you are going to tell us next, that the government should take over every small and medium size business in the country?

3. Actually, although they have their issues, the Asian markets are the most rapidly growing in the world. I especially like Vietnam.
