Default Rep. Wexler questions McClellan about CIA leak case

McClellan's Testimony
What we heard from Mr. McClellan was confirmation under oath of what we have long suspected: the President, Vice President, Karl Rove, Scooter Libby and others purposefully conspired to mislead Americans for political gain and at the cost of the lives of our soldiers, the security of our nation, and the sanctity of our Constitution.
Today, Scott McClellan said that he considers it a likely possibility that Vice President Dick Cheney was the person who authorized the leak of Valerie Plame Wilson's covert status. Mr. McClellan also said that he believes more White House officials should come before Congress and reveal the truth about this Administration's actions.
McClellan's testimony underscores a simple reality:
We must dig deeper. As I said today in the Judiciary Committee hearing, the facts we know now are more than enough to justify impeachment hearings for President George W. Bush and Vice-President Dick Cheney. You can read my entire testimony today below.

So we have a government that gains its authority by telling us they live under the same law as us, but then when they get caught nothing happens. Meanwhile those same skunks would put us in jail for a long time if we did what they did.

What's in play here, is an idiot who for the sake of money writes a book through the filters of the liberal publisher that published the book. It is filled with innuendo, speculation that feed on the Wexler types whose only mission is to play gotcha with Bush/Cheney.

This dummy McClellan, thinks he is safe, he's with friends when he asserts and claims improprieties during his time in the White House. What he failed to get is that the Wexler types are not allies, they will run him over with Obama's bus. All they want is to get Bush, if this means chewing up this dummy in the process that is part of the process. I hope this dope gets so deep in the process he is buried in legal fees that far exceeds his royalties.

And the idiots in West Palm Beach need to do the right thing and throw this asshole Wexler out of Office this fall.

So you are admitting that Wexler is doing what you hated about the GOP during the Clinton era.

So you libs are not about moving forward, just payback. I thought you libs were about leading. You libs prefer being called "progressives", yet you would rather get payback than to move forward in progress.

So was Clinton pursued wrongly? Then since you support payback, we could conclude based upon your answer to my first question, that this pursuing Bush is just getting even for wrongs done to Clinton. That's a real grown up way to lead isn't it. You libs are really a disgusting lot of dummies aren't you?

I didn't say I supported it, LCOF....just the opposite; in fact, I think it's a waste of time. Bush will be out of office soon enough. But, with all that being said, I'm sure you defended Clinton while he was being harassed just as fervently as you are defending Bush,...right???

To date, McClellan has provided no evidence of wrong doing but do not let this stop Democrats from wasting million$$$$$$$$$$ on another hoax.

While you may be correct in that some of the Republicans went over-board during the Clinton folly's, the fact remains that Clinton did lie under oath, was impeached for it and was further found to have lied under oath in the Paula Jones case resulting in his suspension of practicing law for 5 years. This from a judge who was a well known Democrat.

The reason why this Congress now has an astounding 18% approval rating is because of crap like this. The Valerie Plaime case was tried and settled. They couldn't make anything stick on anyone w/ the exception of Libby but yet here we are again. Congress is tackling such major issues like steroids in baseball? The fucking world is falling apart and this is what these stooges are wasting their and our time with.

Whatever McClelland's views are are really secondary at this point. It's his views and he's wither right or wrong. However, anyone with an iota of common sense who watched the testimony he gave last week will know what this was clearly about and that is Wexler and company's last few attempts to stick it to an American President rather than doing what they were supposedly elected to do and that is serve the people's interests.

But, in the end, Steve, who do you think has been more dishonest as a President, GWB or Clinton? And whose dishonesty has cost this country more in terms of both human and monetary capital? The Clinton thing was embarrassing, but, in the end, that's really all it was. The Bush thing....well, I don't think anyone knows what this will end up costing us, the Iraqis, etc.
