Although this does not 'prove' them illegal, it does say something about them.

You can't have it both ways. You can't say it's illegal and then follow up with a "Well, it doesn't prove it illegal but...". If you don't support it that's one thing but do it with your own opinion and fact not the hysteria that too many fall for.

I believe a judge here said it was illegal. And then it was changed because the Attorney General would not extend it as written because he believed it unconstitutional. What hysteria? These are some of the reasons I bash Bush. Opinion, fact, a whim, whatever.....

Let's have a nationwide vote on wiretaps.
I know Liberals will not go for this, because most Americans want wiretaps.
This is why Liberals want one person to make the decision for 300 million Americans.

Most Americans want warrantless wiretaps? Which one person would that be? This is a representative democracy, no one person makes any decision.

I remember when this Judge in Detroit ruled wiretaps to be illegal.
Liberals celebrated. I guess they did not know it would be appealed?

You see Liberals jump for joy concerning the California Gay marriage ban but it will end up being overturned also.

Democracy is a serious threat to the Liberal agenda.
