Universities give honorary degrees to undeserving people all the time. In fact I don't recall very many being given to anyone but IDIOTS.

If you want change stop electing "liberal: democrats and "radical" Republicans. Find and support true Conservatives; those who believe in fiscal responsibilities, individual accountability, and a smaller government, with less control of your daily life.

A lot of what she has said makes sense. I especially agree with English being the official tongue of our nation. This bilingual crap makes me sick. The cost to print all our official documents in different languages is enormous and should not happen.

What ever happened to the day when immigrants moved to the USA and wanted to be Americans even if they kept some of their old traditions?

As for feminist. NEWS FLASH! A woman cannot do everything a man can do and a man cannot do everything a woman can do. There is a reason there are TWO sexes people.

perhaps universities would stop if someone complained. and she still hasn't been given it yet. both students and non-students alike are asking the dean to change his mind and cancel.

while outsiders don't have as much pull- a university makes money from having students pay tuition. if you upset students enough they leave and you lose money. if you upset the public enough new students start to apply to different universities.

we don't need an official language. we use english for our professional jobs and don't hire those who can't speak english when its needed (such as with pilots). but if people want to keep their language, who cares?
heck we took our language from England. its not even really 'ours'.
and back in the day they weren't allowed their language or their traditions.

perhaps men can't give birth and have a heck of easier time peeing in the upright position. but there are very few differences. and hardly any of them are non-physiological.

Every year liberals honor rather disgusting people at our universities. For example letting a foreign dictator from Iran speak who is not covered under the Constitution. A man who has done dispicable things and has called for the destruction of Israel. A man who denies history. Yet he was honored and allowed to speak at an Ivy league school. Yet you would like to see a conservative voice, a voice that I believe is American silenced by punishing her for being a conservative.

She is very right about everyone speaking English. People have long kept their native languages at home, but speak English outside of their homes as it impossible to be part of the US without being able to communicate with other Americans. Americans such as police, firefighters, 911 dispatchers, coworkers, doctors, and so on. Unless you are silly enough to believe that every other American can learn every single language spoken in homes across America?
