Default High court approves voter ID!

Democrats will start losing elections in the states with the voter ID law.

Supreme Court upholds voter ID law - Politics - MSNBC.com

updated 10:50 a.m. CT, Mon., April. 28, 2008

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court ruled Monday that states can require voters to produce photo identification without violating their constitutional rights, validating Republican-inspired voter ID laws.

In a splintered 6-3 ruling, the court upheld Indiana's strict photo ID requirement, which Democrats and civil rights groups said would deter poor, older and minority voters from casting ballots. Its backers said it was needed to prevent fraud.

It was the most important voting rights case since the Bush v. Gore dispute that sealed the 2000 election for George W. Bush. But the voter ID ruling lacked the conservative-liberal split that marked the 2000 case.

Only if more states adopt the requirement. So far only two require a picture ID to vote. Most will accept a water bill with a name on it.

Yep, and we know states controlled by Dems will never do it.

Of course not. It would cut down on their voter fraud.

Indeed, the amazing part to me is that this notion actually had to be taken to court....Im just glad common sense won for once...which of course means liberalism lost.

Praise Jesus....you have to show ID for everything else. All the democrat whining about vote fraud....and these same democrats oppose showing valid ID at the polls.....insanity indeed

Funny thing....the poor still seem to buy booze and cash welfare checks....the elderly still seem to be able to cash their SS checks...and the minorities still seem to be able to buy cars and drive.

Now that this has been passed.... we only have a few more commons sense voting requirements that need to be implemented.

1. If you don't pay taxes...you dont get to vote
2. If you collect government aid....you dont get to vote
3. If you work for the government...you also don't get to vote.

....eliminate the conflict of interest....and you eliminate liberalism

Now that dead democrats and illegal liberals won't be voting (twice) anymore...were one step closer

Every American citizen, 18 years of age or older, does and should, have the right to vote. I only ask that such eligibility be verified, and a valid picture ID is a good start.

Don't you think you're being just a tad unreasonable?

Also, will the drug addicts the democrats pick up off the streets of Milwaukee and drive to the polls be required to show a photo ID in order to get their free carton of cigarettes?

I don't think I am, but many liberals do.

I love this.

How about a simple formula; If you take out more than you put in you don't vote.
