Believe me--liberals will always find a way to cheat......we have to at least make it more difficult.

Even if you don't have your driver's license with you--your car still starts....but you will think twice before driving (voting) without it

You're a fascist cartoon pig.

My hope for you is a Twilight Zone fate where you wake up in one of those draconian police states and become the victim of it.

You people are disgusting fascists. You're not Americans you're Nazi pigs. You would be more comfortable in Nazi Germany or Burma where this kind of sadistic hatred was the norm.

Translation: "You think different than me so you guys are all "Fascists".

Truth is the decision was called "The cure for a disease that did not exist." Studies have shown that there is no real voter fraud in Indiana. Republicans were all for it because it excises democrats out of their American right to vote with the usual dirty tricks served as genuine concern (see: WMD).

LMAO...see all the DEMS who not only agreed, but SHOUTED that Hussein had them. Why do you insist on being a liar?

If you read the replies to this post you can see that most who adhere to the recent neo-con status quo are in complete contempt for American freedoms and the right to vote. These people are unabashed fascist pigs who (how did they put it?) "hate our way of life".

You people are Nazis and should be kicked out of America to some fascist Mussolini police state where you would be more comfortable.

The Supreme Court once again goes the wrong way with the Constitution. They need to be shaken up by the disenfranchised.

Amendment 15 - Race No Bar to Vote. Ratified 2/3/1870. History

1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.

2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

The United States Constitution - The U.S. Constitution Online - USConstitution.net

Logic dictates that people prove "Citizenship".....Left Wing idiots use the word disenfranchisement as a buzz word for we want to decide what's best for everyone, we are "smarter".

The SC got it right.

Praise Jesus....you have to show ID for everything else. All the democrat whining about vote fraud....and these same democrats oppose showing valid ID at the polls.....insanity indeed

Funny thing....the poor still seem to buy booze and cash welfare checks....the elderly still seem to be able to cash their SS checks...and the minorities still seem to be able to buy cars and drive.

Now that this has been passed.... we only have a few more commons sense voting requirements that need to be implemented.

1. If you don't pay taxes...you dont get to vote
2. If you collect government aid....you dont get to vote
3. If you work for the government...you also don't get to vote.

....eliminate the conflict of interest....and you eliminate liberalism

Now that dead democrats and illegal liberals won't be voting (twice) anymore...were one step closer

Hell, I had to show a picture ID in order to get a post office box. Surely stopping voter fraud is more important than getting a PO Box!

Actually, that is not a constitution right. The constitution only says you can't discriminate on certain criteria but it does not guarantee universal voting rights

There is no such universal right to anything. If there were prisons and jails could not exist. All RIGHTS are tempered with responsibilities, and are subject to restrictions, in one form or another.

That being said, the legal voting age is 18, for federal elections. Now if you want to restrict voting to those who own property, or pay taxes, etc., then I want to restrict it to only those smart enough to pass MY test. Oh, and yeah, I'm the final authority on the correct answers.

Gee, guess I'll be electing the government from now on.

Universal voting rights are granted in America. You're an insincere liar if you suggest otherwise in order to promote extreme unAmerican views by relying on technicalities taken in inaccurate context.

I Posted the Amendment for you, you do realize that they must be Citizens, and as such should have no trouble proving it? Or do you just wish to steal Elections with the Illegal Hispanic Vote?

I don't think that not paying taxes should prevent you from voting. Simply put we all pay taxes in some form. They are often called licenses, fees, charges, and other names...but if it goes to the government, it is a tax no matter what they call it.

Everyone who is old enough should have the right to vote but that does not mean that you should not prove you are who you say you are. I think that if we had more ID's in government there would be a lot less fraud. But that does not mean we need a national ID card.

I think a drivers license or other state issued picture ID would suffice. And I do not think that paying $10 or $20 for a card that last 4 or 5 years would keep the poor from participating in the electoral process.
