Default Scalia On '60 Minutes'

Supreme Court justice Scalia was on '60 Minutes' tonight saying how he wanted the Constitution preserved against activist judges who saw it as changeable with progress. What hubris. The truth is the right wingers symbolized by Bush have been the worst detriment to the Constitution in its history. These Reagan era conservatives have real balls coming on and pretending they are defending the Constitution. It goes to show the safe bastion of arrogance these people exist in. His answers on torture were also contemptuous.

That man should never be allowed to be a Supreme Court judge.

Truth be told, Scalia and his set of guys are the 'activist judges' who rule against the free market system and what our Constitution is supposed to insure.

I'll assume you think Judges make laws when they feel like it doesn't meet their personal political views.
What do you have against lawmakers making the laws?

The "worst detriment to the Constitutiion in history" is when a liberal, activist Supreme Court made legal the murder of the unborn based soley on a phantom right and not the original intent of the document.

Judge Scalia is a credit to the Court and to the conservative movement. Most of the time, he correctly interprets the Constitution and avoids legislating from the bench. I suspect this is why liberals can't stand him.

They only part of the constitution the right is worried about is fucking gun ownership.

They hate the constitution and bill of rights which is the only reason to hate such institutions such as the Southern Poverty Law Center and ACLU who are dedicated to preserving the rights provided by the founders.

Rush was even represented by the ACLU in his pill popping case.

Nice words from a Zionist elitist. Check out Scalia's REAL motives with a proper google search for "Scalia" "Zion" and "Scat."
