Not sure what was so partisan about noting the obvious, while subsequently pointing out that, as far as current pump prices go, there's plenty of blame to go around with Republicans as well as Democrats. I believe I also noted that many of the reasons behind the recent increases have nothing whatsoever to do with politics.
Still, I can see that "partisan mudslinging" is a real turn off for you. That's why you've spent all this time on a thread entitled: "Bush and the oil companies". No doubt you were expecting an objective discussion of world energy markets, petroleum production statistics and monetary policy. Then again, for some folks a good "Bush Bash" gets their pecker stiffer than a month's supply of Viagra.
