This should be a lesson to all the swaggering bad ass dudes out there, don't play games on a big city street at 4:00 AM with the cops.
If a Cop says "Halt" all you have to do is Halt, that one little thing may save your life.
This guy Bell wasn't very "street smart", now all the people that loved him have to pay the price of his "arrogance".
Indeed a tragedy.

I think most slow 8 year olds could follow this, but it does seem to be going way over your head. One more time:
IF the cops could shoot, 50 rounds would NOT need to be fired. ONE round to the head, or spine, would have ended it NOW.
The N.Y.C. cops were NOT trained properly, so instead of accurate shots they attempted to make up for their shortcomings with VOLUME shooting. Volume shooting is known as "spray, and pray."

They were in a vehicle......one that "swayed" one of the officers and rammed another police van. 31 of those shots were fired by one officer. |

OK, my point was a little more complicated obviously lol.
This isn't Die hard 5. In the real world you don't just "ONE round to the head, or spine".
