Old story.

In a banana republic economy was very bad....
A parlamentarian suggested ;
I have a solution. We should declare war to USA
and natutally we will lose it.
Therefore USA will occupy our country and
then they will build our roads ,boost our
economy, just like they have done in Japon
and in Germany .
Now these 2 countries are rich
and we could be the same one day.

All parlamentarians stood up applauding
at the exeption of the President
who was holding his head with 2 hands.

Someone asked the President...
Why he was so worried....

Well ,he answered : If it is us to win the war
what we will do ?

I keep hearing the liberals wanting to cut corporate welfare. But who is employing people in this country? The corporations create jobs and keep people working. I know that they don't employ all the workers but they do employ a good many of us.

Rob,

I personally think that any business who keeps jobs in America deserves big tax cuts - any other company who ships their jobs overseas (like all the damn call centers, I swear I'm tired of talking to people in fuckin' India) should pay a hefty tax and stiff penalties.... I think this will keep jobs here in America... companies love saving money. If we hit them in their wallet, they will decide to keep the jobs here... then everyone actually benefits. Big business is sending the jobs overseas, and we're worried about illegal immigration - seems silly to me. Atleast the illegal immigrants pay some sort of tax and contribute in someway. What do we get from all the jobs being sent away? Nothing - absolutley nothing.

You will not get any arguement from me on rewarding companies that stay in this country but how do you figure the illegals are paying taxes? Most illegals are doing day jobs and getting paid in cash so no taxes are paid.
