I don't understand the point of the pictures? Was it a rip at the US occupation? If so, those countries being occupied were doing the same thing, just quietly behind closed doors.

It was a ok post but still I would like to be told about the slant these pictures make.
I keep thinking that you can make pictures say what you want, just remember the Reuters fisaco of this week.  |

Excellent point...I think we should show on all news networks the ugly side of war from both sides like Rasta said..so if anyone wants to jump in just for fun
they might consider the impact. Lets show everything the WTC, the 65000Iraqi bodies dead, the shock and awe collateral damage, the beheadings, the lebonese and israel citizens mangled bodies, the Japaneses fisherman dying of radiation sickness we caused while we "tested" our missles. Lets show all sides and make it graphic so that everyone really understands war is not something you cherrypick and try to engage in except as a last resort.

The point of the pics is to make the Israelis look blood thirsty and to make the poor defenseless Hezbollah look like peace loving defenseless folks.
If this post had shown carnage from both sides, we would all know that the post was meant to be a balanced, rational discussion of the ill efects of war. Instead we got more pro-terrorist garbage. |

Well yea there is that BUT Hezbollah DOES pray before they behead the unarmed, and before they fire their Katusha rockets at schools, and hospitals.
To the Liberal mind that counts for a lot.......Well they do need to cut back on the prayer thing.......ALL good Liberals no there is no God.
