Lieberman vs Lamont
The latest poll shows Lamont at 53% with Lieberman at 43%. Proof, in Connecticut at least, if you lie down with dogs (the Bush Administration), you get fleas.

Honestly I think my sister said it best...
"Lieberman...the guy doesn't stand for anything at all...nothing on either side."
I think the guy has lost focus and people saw it.

Actually I admire Lieberman. He is in the mess he is in because he does what he feels is right for the country, NOT the party.

Lieberman was thrown under the bus by the democratic party. They would rather have people like Murtha who voted to reinstate the draft than a person with values.

So you would rather have Hillary, Murtha, Kerry, or Pelosi than Lieberman. At least he has some values. Most of the Democrats and Republicians I know respect the man. If the Democratic uppities would have endorsed him instead of stabbing him in the back they might of had a small possibility of winning the 08' presidential elections. I know a few Republicians that have stated that they sre so tired of their party that id the Democrats put up a person like Lieberman for president they would vote for him.

Au contraire! BUT I don't want ANY politician, regardless of what party they belong to, in power in '08, if they voted for the war in Iraq.

That's very astute of you! Not only do I want that, I also want the 75+% of the Americans that supported the war when it started, fired from their jobs and their children ostracized in their schools. I'm an equal opportunity hater.

Just a note if that were to happen the economy would fall apart, but then you wouldn't have to worry about voting would you.
