If the state does not like Reps then why did he get elected there this time?
Also he is a Democrat he votes with the Democrats 95% of the time (or rather he did) which makes him more of a Democrat than some others. They just did not like his stance on the war in Iraq.

I don't know why he got re-elected . I do know he is not and for years has not been a Democrat.
