The truth is that the Republican Party will remove the offensive person from the party. Yes, they did not kick him out immediately but he had committed no crime (unlike Gary Suggs who did have sex with an underaged page) and they did talk to him. Its not illegal to be gay, at least not anymore. Its also not illegal to send email messages of a sexual nature to an 18 year old. Foley did nothing illegal. Immoral maybe but as Bill Clinton has taught us committing immoral acts is a status symbol.

On the other hand, your beloved Democratic party will support and hide and spin and deflect any criticism of actual wrong doing.
