Forget it Rasta. You will never convince some people that there is a huge difference between defending yourself and instagating(pre-emptive) war. You'll never convince some people going after a threat and creating a threat. You'll never convince some people that in order to fight a "war on terror", one must ACTUALLY go after the terrorists, and PROTECT the homefront.

Lets face reality--Libs would rather see headlines like "Iraqi's leaving Iraq". But have faith all thee of no faith--If the Benedict Murtha can see victory looming on the horizon--rest assured a lot of liberals are shitting their pants. The democrat's investment in defeat might not pay off--a US Victory was they last thing they wanted.

Oh please, grow up. We would have preferred no need for "victory" (no war), but of course we would like to see something positive come out of this mess. I think "victory" is the wrong word to use no matter how this turns out.BTW, the real "Benedicts" in this mess are the people who caused the needless deaths of thousands.

"We've gone from horrific levels of murder to very bad," analyst notes. Everythings going great!!! It's improved!!!
It's not dismally drill bits in your heads horrific it's just kinder gentler
savage beatings in the basement of the Ministry of Health headquarters bad.

It's really great!

Mission accomplished!

Let's go home.

I guess I cant sway your opinion Sac--but maybe one of your own flock. Recently when a democrat congressman was asked "What would victory in Iraq mean to your party?"--the congressman (D) replied "That would prove to be a BIG problem for us"

Rest assured on this one--DEMOCRATS ARE INVESTED IN DEFEAT--and they hate any bit of good news that comes from Iraq.

Does that include Sadam? Sadam had the chance to avoid this war--to cooperate--but he declined--and he got the horns. He also murdered millions of his own people prior to us stepping foot in Iraq--but screw those innocent people right. If only Sadam was alive so he could run on the same ticket as Hitlary--but since he's dead--Zawahiri will have to do.

So our policy is to invade any country that does not cooperate with us/UN and/or where the government is responsible for the death of thousands of its citizens? We are going to be busy.
