My wifes uncle is paid by the to do so and we drop them off the day before the vote and pick them up the day after it is a huge operation. We drop machines off everywhere in poor neighborhoods especialy so those with out transportation are in an area where local entities organize transportation for those without it and elderly that are not able to drive.
