Gonna jump in late here...
The media is a for profit industry. They will report whatever their consumers want to hear. That has been my defense of the topic for a long time. Conservatives have their outlets, and liberals have theirs. The real problem is that the truth is lost in the mix. The days of Dan Rather, or Cronkite, Barbara Walters... Those days are done. Consumers want to hear what they want to hear. Not the truth. So If there is more of a liberal slant it is because more liberals watch those outlets.

Fair and balanced is dead. But just for kickers are the conservatives mad because the liberals get good coverage, or because there are no good stories TO publish about conservatives. They don't make the news, they only report it.

Who's kidding who here? Media bias/protection concerning political
candidates is not a secret to anyone. We are now giving them
the time of day letting them debate who is the most bias.
It's time we took back the power of our vote. How long are we
going to stand by and allow the propaganda machine to control
what we think? We could change it but instead many people seem
to only be addicted to complaining, whining and crying. That's why
political pundits, comedians and shock jocks are so popular. They
are just an extension of the club of, "I am the biggest griper" club
in the U.S.

The onlly bias media has is Money.
