That just gives you a reference point for heros.

My post war experience was working with a VA hospital. My Master's Thesis was a Biomedical Engineering project. But, that is nothing you need to be thinking about, because God is going to shield all Marines from the crap I saw there.

Just go serve whatever cause it is that you are willing to be maimed for.

You said the NYT ignored the troops and I'm saying get used to it.

Soon your maimed ass will be lying in a VA hospital as you await funding to come through for a wheelchair you will need for the rest of your life. You won't see another "Veterans" news article for the next 30 years.

Dom1 will still be sitting on his couch watching CSPAN and bitching. The rest of America will have moved on to the next national issue.

The VA hospital I was working with had the hallways lined with old guys waiting for operations. They moved them through the operating rooms like a conveyer belt. I figured they would spend just so much time on each one, and if that didn't fix it they would let them expire.

Clearly we have treated troops so well this war, they think that is normal.

So the NYTimes is justified in not posting American Heros but posting anti war rederick?

Go fuck yourself dickhead. Maybe if another dead soldier gets a medal you can bash him as well, you know, to show your support for them.
