Actually I hate flying, the feeling, the smells, the shitty food, ear popps.
I just hate being trapped in a confined space for longer than 3 hours, period.
The security measures don't anger me at all...since I come from NY, the scrutiny is probably double of what you midwest/southerners endure.
I happen to appreciate the screening, I understand the repurcussions of letting anyone fly anywhere..
Too bad some elitists who believe they are beyond the methods of public transporation have to endure staying on a line, carrying their luggage and actually get called on what they carry on the plane....poor lambs.

They only serve food in first class now...so no worries about that. 
I sleep on planes...so I'm not bothered by the smells or confinement.
I'm not an elitist...just don't like having my toothpaste thrown away. |

Very cute Lady...but toothpaste, cold cream and other feminine products are my shopping spree after I land, have a cocktail and settle in.
Now a tampon has never been a sundry disposed of by flight security!
I could probably stuff all kinds of groovy things in tampon packaging...
But...I don't, I generally fly the cheapest way unless its going to be a flight more than 7 hours...which hasn't been in my itinerary.
I am guilty of being OCD and find the pillows, blankets and other amenities schivy, of course I always ask for an unopened, enclosed in plastic anything.
After smelling human char for 6 months, I have plenty of patience for airport security....
