When you post there's a row of symbols up top, it starts with a B.
Click on the yellow box that looks like it has a mountain on it.
Then erase the http;
Go find a picture you like.
Click right on it. The click properties.
Copy the address (URL) and insert it where you just erased the http;.
It will only accept pictures with TYPE: a gif or JPEG
