WELL.......I JUST FINISHED CLEANING THE POOL......(wearing a towel again ;-)......and made a big bowl of TUNA FISH :-)

Granny's out selling houses........BUT SAYS SHE'S COMING HOME EARLY :-)

THERE's a BIG DOUGLAS FIR......And the lower branches were casting a shadow on the pool at about 6 pm.........so I got the ladder out and I've been slowly takin the branches off one side of it..........and leaving branch stubs big enough to use as steps :-)

SO FAR I'VE GOT EM CUT UP ABOUT 40 ft.........and I got about 20 feet higher to go to keep the sun on the pool till about 8:30......but now the sap is running out the cut branch stubs and it's gotten a bit sticky up there..........I gotta use gasoline to get it off my hands :-I

The grandaughter is here tonight :-)

Her and Granny are snuggled on the couch watching my favorite martian :-)

I'm wating for it to get dark enough to launch an experimental SKY MISSLE......powered by an ASTES C-6-5 ENGINE...:-)

THE PAYLOAD.....it's only a 1" diam tube about 8" long.....but it contains 3 seperate TITANIUM SALUTES...( I've got o lot of titanium chips from making aircraft parts)....timed to go off consecutively at 1 second intervals......up at aboout 1000 ft high........the titanium will rain down about 3 or 400 feet after flowering out. :-)

TITANIUM CHIPS FROM F22 PARTS WILL LIGHT THE SKY TONIGHT ;-)

attached to the base of the stabilizer rod.....I've gotsome morning glory sparklers to act like comet tracers on the way up........IT OUGHT TO BE PRETTY COOL :-)
