I think you are assuming a great deal. What makes you think God had no hand in the re-establishment of Israel? Do you not believe that God could have blessed England and the U.S. with the greatness we have enjoyed so that we would have the ability to do His will and re-establish the state of Israel?

What are you talking about? A spiritual state not a physical state? They have borders with walls around them. They have huge tanks and a kickin air force. They have a massive army. Is that physical enough for you? |

How do you know that the hand of God wasn't behind the motive of Truman and Churchill? 
When asked about the reaction of Arabs, when Israel was created, Truman reminded people that family fights were some of the most violent of all fights.

will get back to you on that ref in the bible, its in the old testament I know, but will have to flick through a few pages to find it. Heres something to think about. Yahweh brought the Israelites back to there home for one reason, judgement, Ezekiel 38. God will use gog to destroy her.

I beg to differ George. According to Websters.com here is the definition of atheist:

Pronunciation: 'A-thE-ist
Function: noun
: one who believes that there is no deity
Now, where is it said the Israel doesn't believe that there isn't a diety. the Israelites don't believe in the Messiah, who is Jesus Christ according to the Holy Bible and Christians. Israelites are said to be God's Chosen People, how can you say that they don't believe in God. Thats just ignorant.

The modern state if Israel was created after WWII, however, the land that they find holy and where the origins of Israel come from have been shared by Israel and Palestinians for thousands of years. Thats why they are somewhat genectically linked. I don't think that the Israel of today, nation or otherwise, is false.

Israel is a temporary state guys, hate to break it to you. it is not sustainable and never has been. Since the Israelis have rejected the Arab's peace plan which calls for Israeli withdrawal to the pre 1967 borders in exchange for normalization of relations with every single Arab nation, they have proven that they do not want peace.
I know it is hard for the Christians that believe Jews are the chosen people to grasp but, the Jews are not chosen people. So you are basically saying you believe in a racist god? So you are saying Jesus was a racist, since you worship him. Interesting
