That is cool. Usually I just get thrown off the site.

I am always amused by those who come into these types of forums and (1) act as the most arrogant twits in the known universe. They know everything and everyone else are just mindless little dorks, or (2) They attack and smear anyone who has any different opinion at all.

This was very popular in the AOL chat rooms, I thought this forum was most mature than that. I guess not

You were posting on how people can just close their eyes and go lalalala. I was providing you a personal example of being put on an ignore list. Happiness put me on her ignore list.

If you choose to be here.. and the game is the arena of ideas..
It does seem like the kiddy pool crowd who would use it.

Well I agree with all of you concerning the ignore button most of the time but there are a few instances it can be justified. I only put someone on ignore once who was sending disgusting sexual messages to me . I am sure you can all guess who if you pull up the hurricane thread.

Also I have known other members who have had a poster stalk them and send inappropritate posts that were very distracting to the discussion.

Anyway how did this conversation get started is someone ignoring someone?

It becomes a soap box not a debate.
