Actually, what he uses is not a grinder. It is a moving band. I just didnt know what the name of the machine was.
Anyway, for 3 bucks per blade he does a good job and cleans the blade up nice after sharpening it. Plus it makes the old guy happy to make a few bucks on the side without the government sticking their hands in his pocket.
